I was fucking broke, then I open my eyes and I was in my fucking electric Rolls-Royce, the specter, one of one, Howie P edition. Look at all the pink, look at those pink carpets, look at the beautiful mahogany wood handmade in London in England somewhere over there. Yes, this is not made in China. This is handmade in England. Howie P edition Rolls-Royce couldn’t afford 800 month apartment, 39 failed companies. I know, I tell you guys, the story over and over again, but the reason why I tell you is to remind you that my life sucked at many times not always … there was so many great times but wanted better for my family for myself , that everyone doubted me, but I believed in myself, and as a personal trainer, I love what I did, but it just wasn’t ever enough. Voice to text, hope you enjoy this

I was trying to tell myself it was the OCD, but my brain kept saying: “What if this time is different?”

I wasn’t sure about sharing this. I had an OCD flare-up this weekend, but thankfully, I’m feeling so much better now. I managed to get through it, but when you’re in the midst of it, it can be hard to believe you’ll come out the other side. This is proof that things do get better ❤️

This is a glimpse of what living with OCD can be like for me. I talk about some of the thoughts I get stuck on and how I deal with them in my latest YouTube video.

I really hope it helps you understand yourself a little better and feel less alone if you’ve been going through something similar x

Democrat Abdul El-Sayed defeated Republican Mike Rogers to claim Michigan’s US Senate seat, delivering a must-win victory for his party and a boost to progressives nationally after one of the most expensive and divisive contests of the 2026 midterms.

El-Sayed, a physician who will become the first Muslim senator, hammered Rogers over high gas prices and the impact of President Donald Trump’s tariffs. A longtime critic of Israel, El-Sayed linked Trump’s war with Iran to rising costs in a bid to win over White working class and rural voters.

His win marks a major victory for progressives, who have sought to demonstrate that more liberal candidates can succeed in the US heartland with a diverse coalition.
