FC Bayern

Before kick-off in the Champions League match, FC Bayern and Atlético Madrid observed a minute’s silence in memory of Jesús de Miguel Alameda, a footballer with the Spanish club CD Tenerife who died following a tragic accident on the pitch, and the victims of the train crash in the province of Toledo. Both teams wore black armbands as a sign of sympathy. Our deepest sympathies go out to the families, friends and all the loved ones of those who have died.
