Tour update. To be clear before anyone has a go, I’m not having a moan, I’m very lucky to be doing what I’m doing but I’m very, very tired. Last night before the show I was hot and dizzy and felt sick and my brain fog was off the charts. I talk about the peri menopause in the show for laughs but it’s not the easiest when you’re having flushes and anxiety just before going on stage. I was sweating buckets in the dressing room and thought I was going to faint before a swift talking to (by myself) brought me round. One more show then home to recover for three days. And again, before you suggest anything, I exercise, take HRT and supplements, in fact there’s not a thing I don’t do to try to make this special time better. Sometimes it just happens. It’s been happening for a few days and performing has been tough. But the shows have been a delight. Have a lovely Sunday. I’ll be sweating somewhere. Thank goodness for Tipping Point at one in the morning. Edit for clarification. I’m in a nice hotel. My team look after me. Sometimes hotels don’t have room service late at night or they don’t have food I can eat (I’m not great with a cheese toastie). My tour manager is an angel.
Сегодня мне исполнилось 40 лет! Многие скрывают свой возраст, но я никогда этого не делала и не планирую. Наверное, потому что очень горжусь всем, что имею и чего добилась к этому моменту. У меня счастливый брак и любимый муж, замечательные дети, родители рядом. Успешная карьера, в которой я чувствую себя полностью реализованной. А еще много абсолютно потрясающих людей, которых я могу назвать своими друзьями. Как там говорят? Прайм-эра? Да, она самая. В моем понимании - на все 100%. И я благодарна каждому прожитому году и каждому полученному опыту, ведь все это в итоге привело меня в ту точку, в которой я нахожусь сегодня. Слышала, что про 40 лет говорят, мол, к этому возрасту все иллюзии молодости уже развеяны. Но я по-прежнему стараюсь замечать хорошее в каждом дне и просто быть добрым человеком. И сегодня загадываю, чтобы впереди в моей жизни было еще больше всего яркого, счастливого и интересного. Спасибо маме и папе за жизнь. Спасибо моей семье за опору, смыслы и поддержку во всем и всегда. Спасибо всем, кто рядом и кто дорог мне, за вашу любовь и внимание ❤️🙏
