Cardi B Reveals First Clear Photos of Son With Stefon Diggs as He Turns 1

Blogged by: Grace L.

Cardi B is celebrating her son with Stefon Diggs turning one by sharing a heartfelt birthday tribute and a carousel of photos on Instagram, introducing him as Grey M.D. Born on November 4, 2025, the little boy is the rapper’s fourth child and her first with the NFL star.

The birthday post marks a special moment for Cardi, who has largely kept her youngest son’s face and name away from the public. Although she previously shared glimpses of him shortly after his birth, those early photos concealed his face. Now, her latest birthday tribute offers a more personal look at the little boy who has become such an important part of her life.

Alongside the photos, Cardi reflected on the emotional journey of carrying Grey while navigating major changes in her personal life and career.

“Happy 1st birthday to Grey M.D!!It’s only been 1 year since meeting you, but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever. I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me a extra strength . I was growing you inside of me, and at the same time you were giving me life! You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like. You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh, and your precious spirit.”

The emotional message gives fans a glimpse into what motherhood has meant to Cardi over the past year. Rather than focusing only on her son’s birthday, she described how her pregnancy helped her find strength during a demanding period.

Grey arrived during a particularly busy chapter for the Grammy-winning rapper. In September 2025, Cardi released her long-awaited sophomore album, Am I the Drama?, while preparing for another major era in her music career. She was also navigating her separation from Offset and building a relationship with Diggs.

CBS News has projected Proposition 39 has been voted down. The measure involved new ID requirements to vote in California.
