Battalion Chief Tanner Miller recently taught a class at Northern Arizona Fire District on Incident Command and the development of standardized Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Disaster Management Kits.

The goal is to ensure that when mutual aid is needed, both departments are working from the same playbook, using consistent terminology, procedures, and resources to help coordinate an effective response during a large-scale incident.
