💖 Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella…. how do I even put into words what a ridiculously fun, magical ride it was with everyone involved—pictured and not here! It has been an age since I had a truly comedic role where I got to make the audience giggle throughout the show. I adored getting to be a goofy, graceful gremlin fairy, give Cinderella everything she wished for, AND make people cry singing a Rodgers and Hammerstein anthem. The script for this show is so hilarious and engaging—Thank you to the incomparable
@marinda_maxfield for directing us to understand that and tell this story in the most perfect way. We were blessed with such a wonderful pro team!! Thank you to everyone involved for being the best humans and bringing hope to families battling cancer through the performing arts. Doing this show for Alan Goodfellow was such a treat! I love
@hopebox_theatre !! “Go with the promise of possibility!”
A little clip from rehearsal—transforming on stage was thrilling every time
THE KIDS I got to meet was probably one of the very best things about doing this show 🥹
Gremlin crazy Marie in her shiny seaworthy cloak
My glorious double
@blskeen9 plus Alan and his family!!
There’s Music in You was written by Rodgers and Hammerstein for a 1953 television program but was added to this version of Cinderella in 2012
My coworker David played Prince Topher as his first lead role. I casually suggested he get back into theatre at work earlier this year and I’m still amazed we got to do this show together! Lots of our other coworkers came to see us!
Our cheer for Alan
Love that my fam came from so far to see me 🥹
Adding a last minute paint detail in costume on opening night 😆
I got to help the super talented
@ashcollinsdesign paint this beautiful set
Again… the KIDS just made this experience
A little Hopebox Pimpernel reunion 😍
@conner_ridenour told me I looked like a mom in my hat and jacket so we decided we were the cast mom and dad 😂😂
I regularly forget how short I am… David is like 6’5” though 😅
Jimmy almost died showing us how the set works
My sleeves could have doubled as cannons like Samus if needed
