🚨 Microsoft and 7 other companies can't file PERM green cards right now.
On Oct 8, the administration announced that the Labor Department won't accept or process PERM labor certifications for:
Microsoft · Adobe · Cognizant · Infosys · TCS · Wipro · HCL Technologies · Capgemini
What it does NOT change: your current H-1B status and your right to work.
No end date was announced, and officials point to ongoing investigations.
If you work at one of these companies:
✅ Ask HR where your green card case stands
✅ Keep your status documents current
✅ Talk to an immigration attorney
