My takeaways from You Can See Everything:

1. Elizabeth Holmes and Tommy Wiseau are from the same planet.

2. I believe Billy Evans is a sociopath.

3. Elizabeth comes across as genuine and honest.

4. The documentary doesn't really do a good job at covering her level of intelligence in her work. I went into this film knowing nothing about her, and I'm leaving it without knowing if she's a genius or if she has no idea what is going on at all in her work.

5. Regardless of her level of intelligence, she is being manipulated and she either doesn't see it or chooses not to see it. Based on this movie, it seems like the former. She comes across as someone who allows her strings to be pulled, and she has herself convinced that this is how it should be.

6. All of the memes of her face from this film and the "why would I deceive you" line are more examples of her being taken advantage of by others.

7. The way that she is being used, by Billy and by the social media world, reminds me of an episode of Black Mirror.

This is a sad story. I feel bad for her. Her story isn't going to have a happy ending.
