The world of Fantasy Photography at events is growing! As a newish member of that community, there are a few things that we have learned when working Fantasy Balls and Bookish Events.

Attendees like it when you offer a Portrait as part of their VIP ticket package + an Add-On option for General Admission tickets.

PORTRAIT Photography and EVENT Photography are two different things. Always try to have BOTH.

PORTRAIT Photographers Generally stay in one location with a backdrop, set decorations, and lighting,but we don’t fit into a traditional “Vendor” category. Plus, we really do need more space to work our magic in. 15x15 feet is what we use for our set-ups.

EVENT Photographers Move around the venue, capturing candid and action shots of the event itself as it unfolds.

PHOTOGRAPHY is considered a “value added” service.
We are part of the emersive world that you are creating for your guests to experience.

PHOTOGRAPHERS Love to COLLABORATE with Cosplayers, Authors, Businesses, and Events.
We can help advertise your event before it even happens.
