we’re happy to share that al karak is the second home of zaytooni’s olive oil this year!
meet Hasna Altarawneh, who’s been caring for olive trees since the 1990s. over three decades of knowing her trees, working with the land, and welcoming each harvest season.
the harvest in al karak is coming to an end, and we’re so excited that her olives will be part of our very first batch.
