Follow me then comment “EDIT” and I’ll DM you the setup and prompts for 13 Claude Code video effects 🎬🤖 Claude Code built the effects you just watched. Text behind my head, lights in the room, hand tracking, falling logos, film grading, and copies of me. Here’s how I did it 👇 1️⃣ Put a vertical clip of yourself talking in a project folder and open it in Claude Code. 2️⃣ Paste the guide’s setup prompt first. It builds the tools that cut you out of the background and track your hands and face. 3️⃣ Pick an effect and paste its full prompt. Start with text behind you or try the delayed clones. 4️⃣ Preview the result, check the edges around your hair and hands, then ask Claude to fix anything that looks off before exporting. What makes this insane: ✅ 13 effect prompts you can use on your own footage ✅ Background effects sit behind you instead of covering your face ✅ Hand tracking makes effects follow your movement ✅ GIF demos show you what each effect should look like Why this matters: you can keep the same talking clip and test different visual treatments. Once the setup is in place, you have a starting point for the next edit too. 👉 Follow me then comment “EDIT” and I’ll DM you the full setup and all 13 prompts. 2026 @nycmarathon done!! ✅ Once again marathon weekend in NYC brought the world together to celebrate running and it was truly special. The weather and energy of the city could not have been better. Some thoughts and shoutouts: • Huge congrats and thank you to @nyrr for another incredible marathon experience 🙏 • Big thank you to my @onepeloton team and community for the opportunity to race together. Thank you for all the cheers and support and congrats to all our finishers including my amazing teammates ❤️ • Thank you @zappos and @teamwilpers including our coach @jharriscoaching for guidance and support along the way. What an amazing experience from start to finish and big congrats to all our finishers out there! • Big congrats and thank you to my pacing buddy on race day, @finn_lynch . I thought I could hang till the finishline, but you had more gas in the tank than I did at mile 21. Happy you hit the mark and that I was able to keep “the wheels on the bus” to the finish line 😂. I’ve never enjoyed running a marathon more than I enjoyed running with you my man, thank you! For those of you on the fence about running the @nycmarathon , I hope my photos above ☝️ push you over the edge. It’s an experience you will never forget 🙌
Different distance than normal, same love for the sport. 31 miles / 8000ft climbing 🙌 The route took us on a lap of the city wall, and then up into the mountains and bamboo forests. It was beautiful! The climbs & descents were really, really steep, with lots of fast running sections mixed in. And the humidity was 97%. I was fully soaked starting at mile 1. 🥵😅 What a fun adventure! Jiā yóu! Jiā yóu! Thank you @tsaigu! It was so special to spend the weekend with all of you! And thank you to the @salomonrunning team. So many memories made together this week! 💚 ••• #deweytoit #salomon @salomonrunning @salomon @naakbars @tudorwatch #borntodare
