Chrisean tells her supporters during a group live that she spoke up earlier so they would know what to pray for. 🙏💙 Her supporters then share their thoughts on Nevaeh before opening up about how Chrisean has helped them through difficult times, with some saying she saved them! 🥹❤️ Gang, it's clear her story means a lot to these supporters.

Silk and navy blues = a combo of my dreams

What is Haley Stevens on? She has questionable dry mouth in every interview, she could barely string a sentence together in her interview with @andersoncooper and now she has just two days before the vote shape shifted over to Mike Rogers who opposes her views on abortion, healthcare, energy…

Oh, but they do agree on one, and only one thing, Israel.

Bye week vibes! Love my people. And the Hawkeyes

Ooooooo Satalana ;)
Having fun before a show this past weekend.

I often hear "guess you need a belly dance?" Or some variation of this sentiment, lol. No, you don't need a "belly" anymore than you need a flat stomach. I have done this at multiple sizes and I can say with absolute certainty that the skills to isolate and control abdominal muscles have nothing to do with how much adipose tissue you do or dont have in the region. Engagement, particularly in the lower abdominals is much more important. Time spent working on the skills themselves are much more important and having FUN while learning snd enjoying the music are incredibly important as well. :)
