Today my son turns 11 !! Wow where have the years gone!?! To say I’m proud of the human he is becoming is an understatement!!

You were my first born! The one who changed my life the day you entered this world and made me step up in ways I never knew possible!!

با این تکنیک غذای سالم خوردن لذت بخشه 👌 آخریش بهترین کشفمه 🤌 شنیسل مرغ با سالاد کاهو و البته مقداری نون تست شده کنارش وعده ای کامل و بسی خوشمزه اس 👌 هویج پلو (هویج رشته ای و سرخ میکنم مرغای حلزونی هم بهش اضافه میکنم سرخ میکنم یه نمه زرشک هم میزنم همرو میزارم لابلای برنج دم بکشه )کلا چهل دقیقه زمان میبره حبوبات پخته و بیشتر دوس دارم با سالاد بخورم ولی خب برای خوراک هم خوبه مرغای مرینیت شده هم تو فریزر میشه گذاشته تو یخچال هم تا ۴روز میشه گذاشت با رب انار و گردو و نمک و فلفل و روغن و پیاز یا زعفرونی یا با ماست و سبزیجات معطر هر مدلی خواستید درست کنید بهترین کشفم هم گوشت قلقلی های سرخ شده تو فریزره چون عدس پخته هم تو فریزر دارم همیشه فقط میزارم برنج به صورت کته آبش کشیده بشه بعد عدس و گوشت و میزارم لابه لاش تا دم بکشه همونجوری یخ زده هم میزارم 🤌
