Give your holiday appetizer spread its main character 🧀 @_alanaeats’ Garlic, Rosemary & Honey Camembert Tear and Share pairs warm, melty cheese with fragrant herbs and sweet honey for a dip worth gathering around.

Get the recipe below and keep tagging #feedfeed for a chance to be featured.

INGREDIENTS:
1 loaf of bread, uncut & larger than the Camembert
1 Camembert wheel
2+ garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary
Honey/agave
Olive oil
Tenderstem Broccoli
Salt & Pepper

RECIPE:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 C. Cut out a Camembert shaped circle in an uncut loaf of bread, tear off the lid - you made have to take a little bit of bread out the middle to fit the Camembert.
2. Push in the Camembert till it’s nicely sat inside the bread
3.) Score marks in Camembert and push in thin slices of 2+ garlic cloves and sprigs of fresh rosemary. Then drizzle with honey/agave
4. Optional but I like to brush the bread with a mixture of oil & Rosemary
5. Bake on a foil lined tray for around 20-25 minutes - it should be oozing and fully melted on the inside so test with knife
6. Boil some tenderstem and set aside in a bowl with sea salt sprinkled on top
7. Take Camembert loaf out the oven, cut around the loaf to create a tearing situation, season with salt & pepper and dig the heck in

Dear my little one 💕

I’m saving this moment in our archives,, so ONE day when you’re finally here in my arms, I can tell you how proud I am of us.

You were there with Mama in every race, every step, every finish line. You might not remember any of it, but Mama will 🥹

We crossed finish lines together 🏁🫶🏼✨

One day, Mama will tell you the stories of how we raced together, how you were part of my journey, and how you made me feel stronger in ways I never knew possible 💚💚
