This is what happened to Snowflake - except now, his name is Buddy. ❤️

He’s now living at @zadnieluki, a beautiful B&B in the Bieszczady Mountains in the south-east of Poland. Come visit him! 🙂

A huge thank you to my friends Kasia and Leszek @gornachata.pl for helping to make this happen. Buddy is in the best of hands and I just know that he absolutely loves his new home and his new family. What a lucky pup ❤️

Felt like ranting. Might delete later. (Also I should point out this is not an invitation for anyone to actually come here uninvited thankssss)
AD | What is “normal” anyway? I’ve been doing things differently over the last few years. No plumbing, no running water, no conventional house… and then there’s my footwear - as you all know, I’ve been obsessed with @vivobarefoot for a while. Not exactly “normal” footwear. What if the “weird” choice is simply choosing what feels natural to you? I’ve created my own definition of normal - one rooted in what feels right, not what’s expected. Take this as a sign to question the norm, draw inspiration from what’s inside, and choose your own path. Freedom comes from living more connected to yourself, and the world around you. #WeirdMore #FreeYourFeet

AD | Vivos have completely changed the way I move - and that’s not an exaggeration. So here are 3 quick myths I used to believe in, and @vivobarefoot helped me bust (also, discount code is in the comments 👀): 💥 Myth 1: Shoes need to be broken in. The simple truth is that I have never had to break in a pair of Vivos. And that’s because they’re made to fit your feet, not the other way around. They just come ready for adventure! 💥 Myth 2: You need tons of ankle support. More ankle support isn’t necessarily better. Vivos allow your ankles to work naturally, and as a result they will gain strength over time. 💥 Myth 3: Cushioning is essential. The soles of our feet are packed with sensory receptors, and overly cushioned shoes reduce our ability to perceive this. Thinner, flexible footwear allows you to feel more of the terrain and respond to it.
