Did I eat enough protein, idk maybe not?? But what I DO know is that I’m full, satisfied, able to gain muscle with this amount, and not obsessing over every single specific number all of the time 👏🏼

some days are better, some are worse but no day is the exact same and I consistently practice being MINDFUL, making sure each meal has a lean protein source, adding veggies where I can, eating when I’m hungry//stopping when I’m content (and this is the approach I followed while while losing weight postpartum as well)
