Browns fifth-round TE Joe Royer, who’s made headlines after reports surfaced that he is dating an 18-year-old recent high school graduate and daughter of his college position coach, Rilee Stepp, and was in a relationship with her when she was a minor, is facing more backlash after an old video of him surfaced telling underage girls to contact him when they turn 18-years-old.
