I have to admit, long before I ever came across @medicalmedium information, I already knew that people could build muscle, perform at a high level, and thrive athletically without eating animal products. It’s 2026 and it blows my mind that people still argue about this🤦‍♂️

For the last 7 years, I’ve been following a fat-free and protein-free lifestyle centered only around glucose-rich foods and mineral salts. During this time, I haven’t consumed meat, fish, eggs, dairy, no “proteins” or even fats - whether animal-based or plant-based.

These have been the foundation of my diet for the past 7 years:

👇 My primary glucose/carbohydrate sources 👇

🍉 Fruits: melons, bananas, dates, oranges, mangoes, wild blueberries, strawberries, dragon fruit, pineapple and more.

🥔 Potatoes: russets, red, yellow, gold, sweet potatoes, Japanese sweet potatoes, and yams.

🎃 Squashes: all varieties, with butternut squash being my favorite.

🫛 Peas.

🌾 Grains (millet, oatmeal, quinoa and rice), beans, lentils. I have rarely consumed these the last 7 years. I focus entirely on fruits and potatoes due to their healing properties, but these are okay to bring in.

🥬 Leafy greens: spinach, romaine, red leaf, green leaf, Boston lettuce, kale, arugula, and more.

🌿 Fresh herbs: cilantro, parsley, dill, basil, and more.

🍋 Lemons and limes.

🥒 Celery juice, cucumbers, cucumber juice, asparagus, and more.

☝️ One reason I don’t push myself excessively in the gym is because I came from a place of severe chronic illness. I battled neurological Lyme disease and was incredibly weakened. When you’ve been that sick, rebuilding your central nervous system and adrenal health takes TIME.

Strength isn’t just about muscles - it’s also about restoring the body’s ability to generate energy, resilience, and vitality from within and without stimulants.

I went from barely being able to stand for a few minutes at a time to working full-time and consistently training in the gym again.

And I do it without caffeine🦾

According to ABC7NY, authorities crowds spilled onto nearby streets after the game, with some people jumping on cars and cabs, throwing beer bottles at police, and engaging in fights. Officials said a bus stop sign was torn down and used as a weapon during one altercation, while another person set a Spurs T-shirt on fire.

Eight people were charged with offenses including assault, assault on a police officer, criminal possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration. Thirteen others received criminal summonses for disorderly conduct.
