The internet will make you think you’re way off the mark.. Truthfully, being in the game and seeing this world from the inside, 95% of what you see is LITERAL bullsh8t. You’ll find your own win and successTrust me when I say, you don’t want to be like these people. Generally, I haven’t met many making anything more than what you’d call a ‘good wage’ but their lifestyle/ pages make it seem very very different to what it is.Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing. Livestreaming is huge, people like Gary Vee are talking about it, but nobodies actually showing it. Barely anyone’s even doing it. We’re leading from the front We have livestreams going on LITERALLY every hour of every day for all our brands.It’s not easy now, because nobodies used to buying on live. This is where the phrase ‘hire to your weakness’ comes from. I see so many people, great operators, making their tiny business the most well oiled machine. You NEED a visionary and creator And the same with creators, so many great ideas, fast launches, and no consistency or direction with it. They NEED an operator Find which you are- and be honest about it too. Then go find someone who compliments you by @realjackdamz

Some of you may have seen the video circulating online already but it was so hard to watch, it’s heartbreaking and I will not share it but this young autistic girl was surrounded by bullies, beat up and filmed. You don’t have to be passionate about the product you’re selling.One of our brands is about to do £10m this year and it wasn’t because we were obsessed about the product it, we simply saw a gap in the market and went all in. This week I decided to put on a completely free event.Truthfully, I had no idea if anyone would even show up.There was no ticket price, no catch, no hidden agenda. I simply wanted to create a space where I could give back and share as much value as possible with the people who have followed my journey over the years.For a moment before it started, I genuinely thought it might just be a small room, a handful of people, maybe even empty chairs.But seeing that room fill up reminded me exactly why I started sharing my journey in the first place.Not for clout.Not for numbers.But to show that if one person can do it, then anyone can.The goal has always been the same, to give value to the people who give their time and support. Because without the people who watch, listen, and believe in what you’re doing… none of it really matters.So this event was just the start.A small way of saying thank you to everyone who has followed the journey, supported the content, and believed in the message.And trust me when I say this…There’s a lot more value coming. by @realjackdamz
