I built La Tavola because I believed the right table could change everything.Last night proved me right. 🍷Women from all over the world making connections & finding support in each other, and by the end of the evening, it felt like we’d known each other for years. Buona Festa della Repubblica! 🇮🇹 June 2nd- Festa della Repubblica. Italy’s version of the 4th of July, celebrating the day in 1946 when Italians voted to become a republic. And just like America pulls out the fireworks, Italy pulls out the Frecce Tricolori- the national aerobatic team- painting the sky in green, white, and red.This was Sorrento, 2018. Standing there watching those jets roar over the Bay of Naples, I felt it in my chest.
