V8 sounds at 11 seconds! The M3 GTR of the 2001 ALMS season sparked tons of argument, primarily with Porsche. They’d argue that the V8 put in the GTR was against the spirit of the regulations (funny part is that they themselves did it in 1996 with the 911 GT1). Porsche would unfortunately be victorious, with a rules change around homologation cars being added for 2002 season, rendering the GTR infeasible. - Follow for more car and motorsport content! - #bmwm #bmwm3 #e46m3 #m3 #v8

While posting this I came across Matthew 6:1 which reads, “Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.” Some context to the video… I’ve never filmed in church except for this time for the sake of documenting the Myrrh Bearing Iveron Icon from Hawaii as it was passing through my state. I hope this doesn’t come off as me trying to showcase my “righteousness” but rather as me sharing a bit about the Orthodox Church as well as participating in this social media trend. #orthodoxy #☦︎

A very happy birthday to #Sebring 12 Hour Winner, ALMS and British GT Champion Marino Franchitti (@mfranchitti). The Scotsman, who is also the Chief Development Driver at Singer Vehicle Design, has enjoyed many stunning laps around the Goodwood Motor Circuit, but few have been quicker than this tour in an iconic AC Cobra at #GoodwoodRevival. Alongside Philip Kadoorie, Franchitti qualified his car in ninth for the RAC TT but later rose to fourth on race day with a brilliant drive. We can't wait to see Franchitti back in action soon!

Laxmi was rescued from the streets of Maharashtra in 2013, where she was forced to beg for alms and fed an unhealthy diet of sweets and fried food that left her severely overweight. Years of walking on hard, unnatural surfaces took a heavy toll on her body, leading to osteoarthritis and strained joints. Today, at the Elephant Conservation and Care Centre, her life has slowed into comfort, steady walks with her caregiver, time spent with Bijli and Chanchal, and moments spent patiently working through her haynet enrichment, with crisp apples as her favourite reward. From pain to care, Laxmi’s journey shows what is possible when cruelty ends. This #SaveTheElephantDay, sign our petition to end this practice and stand for elephants like Laxmi: (Tap the link in our bio)

@travelexplorher just found a place where time actually slows down and everything feels more real 🌿✨ Things you’ll notice first in Laos: • Mornings start with monks collecting alms in silence 🙏 • Life moves slower compared to the rest of Southeast Asia • French colonial touches show up in cafés and architecture ☕ • Nature is everywhere — rivers, jungles, and waterfalls • Night markets become the heart of the city after sunset 🌙 Which one are you experiencing first? 👇✨ 📍 Laos 🇱🇦

Sometimes, values speak louder than words. 🥹 A simple gesture turned into a moment of pride. 🇮🇳✨ Today morning during alms giving 🌾in Luang Prabang, Laos 🇱🇦… something unexpected happened.🎊 As I offered alms🌾, I instinctively bowed to the monk.🙏 He looked at me and asked ‘Are you from India?’ 🇮🇳 I smiled and said 'yes'. He replied… "Great"(country) In that moment, I felt something deep.. How far we reach, how modern we become, how many places we travel ..roots of our values doesn't change.. Proud to be raised with values… 🦋 with culture… 🛕 with respect..🙏 #Gratitude #IndianValues #LuangPrabang #AlmsGiving
