✨Raceyard Bi-weekly-Recap✨ Formula 1 is back and we are picking up the pace as well.🏎️🏁 Over the past three weeks, we have made significant progress across multiple areas of the team. A major milestone was reached with the successful demolding of our monocoque, marking an important step in the manufacturing of our car.🛠️ In Autonomous, we completed the EBS check and successfully passed the inspection mission. Embedded Systems also moved forward, with part of the team attending a workshop at Reese Techware to further develop hardware skills and gain valuable insights for the ongoing development.✅ Beyond the workshop, we presented our team and project at the Markt der Möglichkeiten of @_hawkiel , where we connected with many interested students and had inspiring conversations. 🧡 Interested in joining the team? 🎬 Driving Program – Camp 1 | Vienna Our Driving Program is now entering its third year, and we are incredibly proud of the journey so far. For the 2026 season we have 12 drivers in the program, and 11 of them joined us in Vienna last week for the first camp of the year at Wimmer Werk Motorsport HQ. The Driving Program is our ground school for racing drivers — a place where we build the foundation needed to become a professional racing driver. From fitness and mental preparation to data understanding, simulator work, race preparation and team culture, everything is designed to develop complete drivers. What makes this program special is the diversity of the drivers taking part — from 16 to 51 years old, all sharing the same passion for racing and the same goal: to become better drivers. Over three intensive days the drivers went through: • Workshops on car setup, data analysis and racing regulations • Simulator training and media production • Ultrahuman performance tracking sessions • Morning runs and physical testing • Team building activities and competitions • And the introduction of the Rot Punkt Driver Award We are also very proud to kick off the 2026 season together with our new partner Rot Punkt, with CEO Andreas Wagner joining us during the camp. This is where preparation begins. This is where drivers grow. Because at Wimmer Werk Motorsport, we don’t just race — we build racers. She’s part of a growing number of women stepping into spaces like motorsport and engineering, not on the sidelines, but in the driver’s seat.

Motorsports has often been described as a male dominated industry. So when our Year 9 girls had the chance to attend the 'Race for Diversity' careers event, they jumped at the opportunity! Our students got to experience life in the pitlane, learn about potential career paths & test out indoor electric karts for themselves.
