Eliminate double bogey or worse. 3. Improve your ability to get up & down from missed greens. Here are Tiger's Five Rules. 1. No three putts. 2. No double bogeys. 3. No bogeys on Par 5's. 4. No bogeys from 150 yds & in. 5. No bogeys on easy greenside saves. Going low is about eliminating your mistakes, double bogey or worse. Consider this, from 100 yds, Tour players average 15' proximity to the hole & it's 25' for scratch golfers. It's best to aim for the middle of the green to guarantee the green in regulation.
