Phew. You ever get the feeling to disappear? I think that’s exactly when you should stay visible and push through. You might surprise yourself. Right when you feel like giving up is often when you’re closest to your breakthrough. The trick is discernment, knowing how to pull yourself through without abandoning yourself. Also: stay hydrated. Sometimes survival is spiritual and practical. 💧

Had some much-needed me-time at Chachago, and I genuinely enjoyed it. 😊 My California Mix Fruit Tea was the perfect, refreshing companion for a quiet journaling moment, and the space itself felt so calm and unhurried. I also got to try their Nai Cha with Salted Cream Cheese and Yakult Lemon (just a few sips, since those were really for the hubby and the little girl 😉).
