Parenting is easily the hardest thing I’ve ever had the responsibility of. It makes me look in the mirror every day and ask myself am I the person I would want my son to be. Constantly auditing my actions. Constantly finding new opportunities to teach. I am certain that any intentional parent can also be a healthy one. Fatherhood is like fitness because when you’re intentional about them, you can almost always see immediate improvements. Both make you become aware of your actions and both give you two choices moving forward: Passively move along. Purposefully make improvements. If you’re an intentional parent, you can easily become fit. It just starts with an intentional decision to improve. #fatherhood #dayinthelife #trending #reels #viral
