After many partnerships throughout my dance career, something I can’t say I’m very proud of, I’ve learned a thing or two. I made this video mostly for myself—to understand, process, and heal. However, I hope it will help anyone who needs to hear it. I’ve always been the kind of person who needs to fully understand myself so that I can grow and evolve. For the past few years I have been documenting this journey of self-growth on social media. I have had many embarrassing moments, publically painful moments, and a large collection of choices big and small that I would make differently if I could go back in time. But I don’t regret any of them. Dance Ambassadors 2027 applications are now open! Dance Ambassadors is an inspiring nine-month programme for young people aged 18–25 who are passionate about dance and the creative industries. Designed to fit around other commitments, the programme can be balanced alongside work, study and other interests.   If you are eager to learn about the diverse roles that keep the dance sector thriving, build sustainable connections with industry professionals and develop your employability skills through live projects, then Dance Ambassadors is for you.   We want the Dance Ambassadors programme to reflect the diverse backgrounds and experiences of young people across the UK.
