#ADirhamADay | Change for Change. With every act of kindness, each of us can inspire several more acts of generosity.
To add to the smiles of unseen heroes within ESAG, we have once again initiated our annual Ramadan campaign ‘A Dirham a Day’. The acknowledgement of another is what bonds, strengthens, and expands human connections. A smile, providing support or donating, these are immeasurable gifts. Everyone can make a difference. You can too.

For 10 years, ESAG Congress has been more than a scientific meeting.
It has been a place where ideas are shared, techniques evolve, and a global community of doctors comes together.
This year in Bucharest, we are preparing something truly special.
On October 20, we open with our ESAG Masterclass, featuring live surgeries transmitted directly from the operating room to the Palace of Parliament.
We introduced this concept last year in Marrakech, and it proved to be an extraordinary way to bring real surgical experience into the congress room.
On October 21–22, the ESAG Congress will bring together international experts from more than 50 countries. Alongside our traditional lectures, we are introducing something new this year: round table debates.
Real conversations, real perspectives, and honest discussions about what works best for our patients.
Every ESAG Congress has always concluded with an iconic Gala Dinner — and for our 10-year anniversary, the celebration on October 22 will be worthy of the milestone.
But this year we wanted to go even further.
To celebrate 10 years of ESAG and the birth of BSARG, we will gather for a very special private dinner inside the dining hall of Dracula’s Castle on October 23.
For those who wish to continue the journey, we invite you to spend the weekend with us in the mountains, discovering some of the hidden gems of Transylvania — a chance to connect, relax, and share moments beyond the congress halls.
After the weekend, we return to Bucharest for one of the most anticipated parts of the program:
the ESAG Hands-On Course (October 26–28).
• 1 day dedicated to non-surgical procedures
• 2 days of surgical training
If you are planning to join us, I encourage you to reserve your place early.
The demand is already very high, and the number of seats — especially for the hands-on course — is extremely limited. We look forward to welcoming you to Bucharest.

Our values shape how we lead, work and grow and The ESAG Way campaign is a reflection of that.
Over the past month, entities across ESAG came together to reinforce one of our fundamental values: Integrity. Through thought-provoking panel discussions, hands-on activities, friendly competitions and recognition awards, the campaign brought this core value to life, demonstrating what integrity looks like in action at every level.
As the campaign continues to evolve, ESAG remains committed to building a culture rooted in its values.
Watch as our colleagues share what they appreciated most about the campaign.

#ADirhamADay | The Holy Month is a time to reflect and show gratitude for everything around us.
Extending a compassionate hand has been the defining theme of our annual Ramadan ‘A Dirham A Day’ campaign. A contribution of just AED 1 a day for an entire month by our office staff helps to add to the smiles of often unseen blue-collar employees. These unsung heroes are essential pillars of ESAG, who make it possible for us to accomplish and excel as a Group.
