Just a few of my favorite looks from @mspmag’s L’Etoile du Nord: A Fashionopolis Experience at @artsmia last Friday. Couldn’t fit them all into 90 seconds, but truly loved the entire show. I especially enjoyed the vintage section curated by @jahnapeloquin, hats by @karenmorrismillinery and the stunning gowns by local designer friends @joynoelle.atelier @qebellacouture by @keionacook @ramadhan_designs and @jordancarpenterfashion..and seeing looks from some of my favorite local boutiques like @sergeandjaneshop, @atelier957, @opitzoutlet, @thefittingroommpls, @olio.mpls, @stirlingcastlevintage, @shop.sweet.ivy, @bumbershute, @grethenhouse, @statementboutique and @mallofamerica, all styled to perfection by @grantwcreative. 🙌🏻 Congrats to all involved on a spectacular runway show and a lovely night at the museum. Last Friday was an event I’d happily repeat over and over! ✨ It was @mspmag L’Etoile du Nord: A Fashionopolis Experience, held at the gorgeous @artsmia . The night was all about fashion, art, music, and celebrating our amazing local creative community.
From the fashion show featuring local designers, vintage looks, and independent boutiques to laughing and toasting with friends, the whole night was so much fun. And getting to wander through the Paris Couture exhibition was the cherry on top!
There were 300+ people sharing the museum space, yet somehow they still managed to make it feel intimate. The decor mixed with the architecture of the building was gorgeous, and all the looks were beautiful and styled so creatively (hello, faux fur and pattern-mixed suiting!). But I have to admit, my favorite section was the vintage one 😏. Nobody is surprised.
Congratulations to @mspmag @jayne.haugen.olson @grantwcreative @madeline.rose.nachbar and everyone involved for creating such a spectacular night! ✨

I absolutely loved my look! Everything came together so beautifully, from the outfit to the hair and makeup. I felt so good in this look, and it made the night even more special!

Our best attempt at a GlamBot (trust me, the first attempt was worse!!!) so glad Ryan was able to meet me for the Twilight Soirée tonight at Fashionopolis - I’ve been talking his ear off about the @artsmia Paris Couture exhibit so seeing it together felt like such a gift.

Everyone brought their A Game to the Black + White theme and looked elegant + classy while mingling around the gorgeous @fsminneapolis. Huge thanks to @twincitieslive for the tix.
