Orion is our first true AR glasses prototype, representing a major breakthrough in human-oriented computing. We knew we needed to create a design that delivered on technology and looks good enough to wear. Orion is unmistakably a pair of glasses. Our team’s design philosophy is centered around three core principles: 🔵 Human-centric design: Putting people at the forefront of our creative process. 🔵 Technological innovation: Pushing boundaries in display, AI, and interaction. 🔵 Elegant simplicity: Crafting a product that's useful, usable and beautiful. “Building on a decade of work, Orion augments the world around you with AR technology and contextual AI and allows you to be present in the moment and share in the experience with those around you. Two years ago today, @NASA unveiled the #Artemis I rocket at @NASAKennedy Space Center for the very first time. Carried atop the crawler-transporter 2, the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket and Orion spacecraft ventured to the launch pad for a wet dress rehearsal ahead of the uncrewed @NASAArtemis I launch. Rolling out of the Vehicle Assembly Building, it made a 4.2-mile journey to Launch Complex 39B on March 17, 2022. It later launched on November 16, 2022, at 1:47am EST. Through Artemis, NASA will land the first woman and the first person of color on the lunar surface, paving the way for a long-term lunar presence and serving as a stepping stone on the way to Mars. Across the board from all 3 experts, the things that came up over and over that have the most impact from a self-care perspective were sunshine, walks, real food from the earth and sleep.
