On the outside I look calm, on the inside my spirit is BEAMIN …
🔥 send this to your New Earth TRIBE 🔥
What my soul is screaming for:
🌿 Ecovillages with renewable energy running local servers.
🌿 Green cities where the kids (and I) prance barefoot to the market.
🌿 Regenerative communities with WORKING wifi.
Tech is necessary.
I’ve built my whole ecosystem on it.
But my heart?
She wants soil, sky, n sunshine. 🌞
She wants the doors open and computers closed.
And yeah. We get both.
🌍 This is the world I’m building.
For the leaders AND the children.
The ones who are tired of choosing between freedom and efficiency.
You shouldn’t have to pick.
The New Earth is built by, from, and for BOTH.
There’s no way around it…
🌱 If this is the life you’re designing — where mission AND freedom coexist, where digital and physical merge in harmony — I built something for you.
📗 OFF-GRID: THE CRUCIBLE is a living guide for pioneers who are ready to stop dreaming about the New Earth and start architecting it, step by step.
🌉 It bridges tech n spirit, efficiency n heart.

🏙️ Vertical Parking: Smart Space for Green Cities
Urban land is scarce, and parking is often a major challenge for dense city environments. Enter the Rotary Parking System — also known as a vertical carousel or Ferris wheel parking tower — a revolutionary solution that combines efficiency, technology, and sustainability.
These automated parking towers use a rotating mechanism to store cars vertically, allowing 8–20 vehicles to fit in the footprint of just two traditional parking spots. Drivers simply place their vehicle on a platform, and the system spins to park it safely in a storage slot. This eliminates ramps, wide lanes, and large surface lots.
The benefits go beyond space-saving:
Compact urban footprint: Preserves land for green spaces, pedestrian areas, or commercial use.
Time efficiency: Fast automated parking and retrieval reduces congestion and idling emissions.
Safety & security: Vehicles are protected from accidents, theft, and damage.
Sustainable design: Less concrete, reduced land use, and optimized energy for city living.
Rotary parking systems are ideal for commercial buildings, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, and smart city projects. By integrating vertical parking solutions, cities can maximize usable space while reducing environmental impact, aligning perfectly with green city and urban sustainability goals.
As cities grow and space becomes premium, these mechanical, automated systems represent a forward-looking approach to urban mobility, infrastructure efficiency, and environmentally conscious development.
Rotary parking isn’t just about cars—it’s about building greener, smarter cities.

I have never believed that planting more trees is always the right answer. Sometimes the most responsible thing we can do is protect the forest that is already standing. It has taken nature far longer to grow than it takes us to clear it. 🌱

How can cities grow denser while staying green and liveable?
𝑫𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑼𝒓𝒃𝒂𝒏 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, authored by Prof Thomas Schroepfer from the Architecture and Sustainable Design pillar, has received the 2026 Green GOOD DESIGN Award in the Urban Planning/Landscape Architecture category.
The book showcases insights from the Dense and Green Cities research programme by SUTD and the Singapore-ETH Centre, exploring how urban design strategies such as blue-green infrastructure, urban morphology and pedestrian connectivity can improve thermal comfort, ecological connectivity and walkability in dense cities.
From research to real-world impact, this work highlights new possibilities for sustainable urban development in rapidly growing cities.
Congratulations to Prof Thomas Schroepfer!
