A reminder to always hold space for hope. 🧡 Many times I've felt I wasn't going to get back up. But I got up again, & then again. We are resilient. We are strong. Making it through hardship to find the other side. 🧡 It's amazing how we hold onto hope even when it feels like there is none. I say applause to us. 👏 Even if the world feels like it's crashing down around us, we always claw ourselves off the floor & keep going - and not only that, we climb mountains, we show up for ourselves. I'm proud of myself. I'm proud of you. #happytobehere

Broadway is Back baby! And dare I say it’s better than ever before. Somebody said to me they never knew or saw Me work the Tony awards before … welp you know me, #KelaOnTheKarpet , I can show you better than I can tell you. Truth of the matter I covered it for years. Then I got tired and started saying No. Its exhausting. It’s one of the MOST intense carpets I’ve ever covered and I have covered A LOT. The tip sheet for the Tony’s is 36+ pages long. 🥴 Absolutely Everyone on broadway turns out for this - from the cast to the musicians, the costume design, set design, producers, playwrights… pretty much any and every body who had a hand in a Tony nominated Broadway is showing up for the Awards. And because I work with the home team I have to interview them all. Despite the intensity, I have to admit this year was a good one. With the return of Broadway after the shutdown and the level of Black Excellence that blazed the awards, I’m so glad I got to witness the greatness of it all. ✨ Are you a fan of Broadway?
