Working hand-in-hand with waste pickers, Thumbi Labs helped us gamify participatory sessions, while @foleydesignsin brought the final designs to life. With the support of @saamuhikashakti , we've co-created open-source PPE designs—made with real-time data, healthcare findings, and stories straight from the waste pickers themselves. This isn't just design. It's protection. It's inclusion. It's hope. Together with @bbmpgov and @bswml, we piloted these game-changing safety solutions. This isn't top-down design—it's participatory innovation where the voices of waste workers shaped every detail.
