Christ is truly present in the Holy Eucharist 🤍

The Eucharist is not merely a moment of prayer; it is an encounter with the living Christ. 🤍✝️
In the sacred silence before the Blessed Sacrament, every worry becomes smaller, every burden feels lighter, and the heart finds a peace that the world cannot give. Here, I am reminded that Jesus is truly present — Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity — giving Himself to us out of infinite love. 🕊️❤️🔥
Lord Jesus, may I never take Your presence for granted. Teach me to approach Your altar with a humble heart, receive You with deep faith, and carry Your love into everything I do.
“Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in them.” — John 6:56 🙏🏻
Jesus in the Eucharist, You are my strength, my peace, my hope, and my greatest treasure.
Stay with me, Lord, now and always. 🤍✝️🕊️

The Holy Eucharist is not merely a symbol, not simply a remembrance, and not just another moment of prayer. It is Jesus Christ Himself—Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity—truly present. ❤️🔥
In the silence of the tabernacle, the King of Heaven waits for us. The One who created the universe humbles Himself to become our food. The same Jesus who walked the roads of Galilee, healed the sick, forgave sinners, carried the Cross, died for our salvation, and rose again is truly present in the Blessed Sacrament.
“This is my body, which will be given for you.” — Luke 22:19

എന്റെ ഈശോയെ 🙏♥️
"In a world full of noise, this is the only silence that speaks." ✨
Finding a moment of stillness isn't just a luxury—it’s a necessity. 🕯️
There is something transformative about sitting in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament.🙏 No phones, no deadlines, no expectations. Just you and the Creator, heart to heart.
Whether you’re carrying a heavy burden or a grateful heart today, remember that the door is always open and the light is always on. Take a deep breath, lean into the silence, and let yourself be found.
"Be still, and know that I am God." — Psalm 46:10♥️

Have you ever wondered why Catholics say, “Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed” before receiving Holy Communion?
These words come directly from the Gospel of Matthew, when a Roman centurion approached Jesus and asked Him to heal his servant. The centurion told Jesus that he was not worthy to have Him enter his home, but that he trusted Jesus could heal his servant simply by speaking a word.
Jesus praised him for his great faith. (Matthew 8:5-13)
At Mass, Catholics use these same words before receiving the Eucharist. “Under my roof” refers to our own selves. We are asking Jesus to enter into us.
When we say, “I am not worthy,” we acknowledge that we do not earn or deserve Christ through our own merits. We approach Him with humility.
But, we don’t stop there.
“Only say the word and my soul shall be healed.”
These words express our complete trust in Jesus. We recognize our unworthiness, but we also recognize His infinite mercy and His power to heal and transform us.
And because Catholics believe that Jesus is truly present, Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity in the Eucharist, these words take on an even deeper meaning.
Before receiving Jesus, we humble ourselves, acknowledge our need for Him, and place our trust in His mercy.
