Sort Your Life Out is back! It should come as no surprise that I LOVE this programme. If you’re feeling inspired but don’t have access to an aircraft hanger and an army of helpers, here’s how to do your own version: 1. Identify a sorting area. This could be a bed, table, floor space, or even your garden. 2. Choose a room, area, or category to start with. Keep it small to avoid overwhelm. 3. Remove all items from the space you are tackling and categorise them. 4. Declutter. Pick out any items you don’t need and take them to your donating or selling bags/boxes. 5. Return keep items to their home. Don’t worry too much about organising at this point as you may need to do multiple rounds of decluttering. Repeat this process throughout your home and enjoy the new space you create.
