URGENT GREEN CARD WARNING 🚨 USCIS is done with second chances. I-130s and I-485s are now getting pure denials — no Request for Evidence. One missing tax return, outdated form, weak evidence, or simple clerical error = straight denial + NTA (Notice to Appear) in immigration court. Deportation proceedings can start immediately if you’re out of status. The “skeleton filing” strategy is DEAD in 2026. Your package must be bulletproof from day 1. Don’t risk it. Get it right the first time. 👉 Tag someone who needs this Comment “GREEN CARD” for help or DM us Full video breaking it down 👆 #GreenCard #I130 #I485 #USCIS #immigrationattorney

URGENT ADVANCE PAROLE UPDATE The Board of Immigration Appeals has issued a major decision in Matter of Delcarmen Lara, overturning years of precedent from Matter of Arrabally and Yerrabelly. Under the new ruling, travel outside the United States on advance parole can now be considered a departure for purposes of the 10 year unlawful presence bar. If you have advance parole and have accumulated unlawful presence in the United States, do not assume it is safe to travel. This is especially important for individuals with pending immigration matters, including certain DACA and adjustment cases. This update does not apply to U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents simply because they travel internationally. Before leaving the United States on advance parole, speak with an immigration attorney and have your individual immigration history reviewed. Please share this with anyone who may be traveling on advance parole. 📞 Questions about advance parole or your immigration case? If you’re undocumented and you’ve been paying taxes, you need to hear what a federal appeals court just said about the IRS giving your information to ICE. For years, immigration lawyers have told undocumented immigrants: file your taxes. Follow the law. Do the right thing. But under a Trump administration policy, ICE sent the IRS more than a MILLION names looking for taxpayer information. And before the courts stopped it, the IRS turned over more than 47,000 taxpayer records, including last known addresses. Now a federal appeals court has ruled that the way the government was doing this violated federal law and kept an injunction in place stopping the policy. And here’s the important part: This does NOT mean ICE can never legally obtain tax information. There are limited exceptions under federal law. But your tax return isn’t supposed to simply become an immigration enforcement database. So if you’re undocumented, don’t panic and stop filing taxes because of a headline. Get good legal advice about both your immigration situation and your tax obligations. I’ve practiced immigration law for more than 22 years. Follow me, because immigration law is changing almost every day right now. #immigration #ice #lawfirm #immigrationattorney #knowyourrights

Grading Marriage Green Card Evidence: What Actually Counts? Not all evidence carries the same weight when it comes to proving a bona fide marriage for a green card case. In this video, an immigration lawyer grades different types of evidence — from joint bank accounts to photos to lease agreements — explaining what USCIS considers strong proof, what falls short, and what could actually work against you. 🇺🇸
CBP updated its 2026 policy on electronic device searches at U.S. ports of entry, and every traveler needs to understand what this means. At the airport, CBP can conduct a basic search of your phone, laptop, tablet, smartwatch, SIM card, and other electronic devices without a warrant and without suspicion. They do not need to believe you committed a crime. They do not need to believe you violated your visa. At the border, they have broad authority to inspect what is physically on your device. Advanced searches are different. That is when CBP connects your device to outside equipment to review, copy, or analyze the contents. Under the updated 2026 policy, national security concerns can create broader authority for advanced searches, with higher-level approval and documentation requirements. Before you travel, understand your rights. What is on your phone can matter. Watch Part 2 to learn how to protect yourself before you travel.
