They have the fiscal responsibility of ensuring we do business with developers that have the community’s health, and best interests in mind. So this is who they want to do business with? Is this the attitude of a developer who cares about us? This happened moments before he fled the county propaganda meeting, escorted out by the people of Imperial Valley themselves.
