This is day 27/30. Question….is it possible to have everything you want? If you commit to one person, does it take away all of your freedom? I sure thought It did and I was also very much afraid of this happening. However, in every other area in my life, the more I committed to some thing it became free, whether it was my guitar, Acting, Scripts, my body, Yoga, it didn’t matter the more committed the more there was a space of freedom, efficiency and power. It took one of our teachers to really break down what it meant to have a and life not a but life, which is a whole other conversation. It’s a really good one. I’ll have to save that for another time.
