🍩 Fluffige Krispy-Kreme-Style Donuts mit Tangzhong ✨ Ich sag's euch ehrlich: Von diesen Donuts träume ich immer noch! 🤤 So unfassbar fluffig, saftig und mit einer zarten Vanillenote. Das Geheimnis? Ein Tangzhong (Mehlkochstück). Dadurch kann der Teig mehr Flüssigkeit aufnehmen und bleibt auch nach Tagen noch weich und frisch. Und die Glasur? Ich dachte immer, Glazed Donuts wären langweilig. Bis ich diese probiert habe. 😍   Rezept für ca. 16 Donuts   Mehlkochstück (Tangzhong) ▪️ 155 g Wasser ▪️ 32 g Weizenmehl Type 550 oder Pizzamehl Donutteig ▪️ 410 g Mehl ▪️ 67 g Zucker ▪️ 1 EL Trockenhefe ▪️ 1¼ TL feines Salz ▪️ 120 ml Vollmilch, zimmerwarm ▪️ 1 großes Ei, zimmerwarm ▪️ Das vorbereitete Mehlkochstück ▪️ 70 g weiche, ungesalzene Butter ▪️ Neutrales Öl zum Frittieren Zuckerglasur ▪️ 450 g Puderzucker ▪️ 80 ml heißes Wasser ▪️ 1 TL Vanilleextrakt oder Vanillepaste ▪️ 1 Prise Salz   Zubereitung 1️⃣ Wasser und Mehl verrühren und unter Rühren 4 bis 5 Minuten zu einer dicken Paste kochen. Abkühlen lassen. 2️⃣ Mehl, Zucker, Hefe und Salz vermischen. Milch, Ei und Tangzhong zugeben und verkneten. 3️⃣ Weiche Butter esslöffelweise einarbeiten. Anschließend ca. 12 Minuten kneten, bis der Teig glatt und elastisch ist und den Fenstertest besteht. 4️⃣ Teig abdecken und 30 bis 45 Minuten gehen lassen. 5️⃣ 8 bis 9 Backpapierquadrate vorbereiten. 6️⃣ Teig auf ca. 2 cm Dicke ausrollen und Donuts ausstechen. 7️⃣ Donuts auf die Backpapierstücke setzen und weitere 45 bis 65 Minuten gehen lassen. 8️⃣ Öl auf 180 °C erhitzen. 9️⃣ Donuts pro Seite 1 bis 2 Minuten goldbraun frittieren und auf einem Gitter abtropfen lassen. 🔟 Alle Zutaten für die Glasur verrühren, Donuts eintauchen und trocknen lassen.   Wer hätte gedacht, dass ein einfacher Glazed Donut SO gut sein kann? 🍩✨ #rezeptideen #homebaker #donuts #trending #krispykreme
