It’s romantic, it’s celebratory, it’s “we dressed up for this” in the best way. The menu is elevated American with mountain influence. Think prime steaks, ultra-fresh seafood, seasonal game, and beautifully composed plates that actually taste as good as they look. Must orders (in my opinion): • Their trio of wild game (cooked perfectly every time) • the chef’s selections shareable platter (delish!) • The macadamia-crusted fish (iconic) • And always save room for dessert! & wine. 🍷 It’s refined without trying too hard. Cozy but glamorous. The kind of place you book for birthdays, ski trip splurges, or when you just want one unforgettable dinner in Park City. Reservations highly recommended, especially during ski season. Do not “walk in and hope.” This is a plan-ahead restaurant. Riverhorse is my favorite because it feels like Park City at its best.
