Design by Enes Kıyaklı.

Step into stillness. Let the gentle murmur of the lobby waterfall wash over you, offering a quiet pause in a busy day at The St. Regis, Cap Cana, DR

From overlooked to eye-catching. ✨
We transformed a structural pole into a statement centrepiece, adding layered panels that create the perfect canvas for styling and décor.
A thoughtful design detail that seamlessly blends into the lobby while making an impact.

A Lobby That Makes the First Impression Count ✨
Elegant interiors, thoughtful details, and a premium ambience designed to make every entrance feel special. 🏢✨
Because a great space starts with a great first impression.

One of the first spaces that clients are interested in designing is the entrance, and we always strive to create a distinctive character for each entrance we design, a remarkable color and the overlap of oriental touches in the decorations and the mirror inlaid with mother of pearl, in addition to a mixture of modern lines in the floor and the artwork, which gave us a breathtaking entrance that will leave an unforgettable impression on all its visitors.

Feels like a dream ✨
The final touches are happening at our new Margate med spa, and we are beyond happy with how everything has come together. 🤍
We’ve loved sharing this journey with you and getting your feedback along the way. And the lobby chandelier? By far the most popular vote, and it looks PERFECT!
A few of the details we chose:
🤍 Light oak accents
🤍 Light flooring
🤍 Limewash Paint #114
🤍 Custom oak cabinetry
🤍 Tile accent walls
🤍 Grand oak doors
🤍 Detailed lighting & accent coves
Every detail came together to create the warm, elevated luxury feel we envisioned.
We cannot wait to open our doors and welcome all of our beautiful patients into this space.
It’s almost time!!! ✨

A lobby can look beautiful. Or it can make you feel something.
That difference is in the details.
For Shubham by Rohan Lifescapes, Prarthana Samaj, we designed this lobby to feel less like a passageway — and more like the beginning of coming home.
Curves soften the architecture.
Warm textures add depth.
Layered lighting creates intimacy.
And every element has a reason to be there.
That’s how a lobby becomes an experience — not just an entrance.

You'll feel it the second you walk in — before you even know why.
That's not an accident. That's months of coordination.
Stone, wood, warm bronze accents — every material chosen to complement, not compete. Seamless transitions that took multiple rounds of work with fabricators to get exactly right. Lighting planned into the channels between materials before a single piece was installed.
The details nobody notices are the ones that make everything feel right.
What would you change about this lobby to feel more welcomed? 👇
