APEX + DF = Espresso @miicoffee.shop I first got into espresso almost 4 years ago now, and what i love seeing is how the “entry level” market has expanded and evolved. I say “entry level” in quotes because I find that the coffee gear these days is so incredibly capable of making excellent coffee no matter what level you’re at. Case in point, these two products that just recently landed on the brew bar: Espresso Machine: The new Miicoffee Apex v2 Grinder: Miicoffee DF64 Gen 2 This right here is one heck of a combo that’ll not only get you going if you’re starting out with espresso, but also give you plenty of room to grow and nerd out on when you’re ready. All without breaking the bank compared to some more higher end equipment. More to come on this. In the meantime I have to say a huge thanks to Luke from @miicoffee.shop. Super cool guy who was a pleasure to meet and talk to you. Thanks for the amazing care package! #coffee #espresso #miicoffee #df64 #df64grinder #specialtycoffee #unboxing #magic #magictrick #coffeedaily #coffeelover #coffeebar #miicoffeeapex
