THE DOCUMENTARY WORTH TO LISTEN
Lt. Col. Jaclyn Urso (Ret) and Mayday Network Military Analyst served in the USMC for 20 years as a Judge Advocate. She is horrified by the actions of the United States and says “we are a rogue state that has violated our own constitution and the UN Charter.”
From surviving socialism to starting over in America.
That journey is shared by so many—Vietnamese, Chinese, Cuban, Venezuelan, Cambodian, and others who came in search of freedom.
It’s a story of loss, courage, and rebuilding. It’s my story too.
I know what happens when freedom is lost—and what’s possible when it’s protected.
That’s why I’m running: to protect the Constitution, American citizens, and the freedom my family risked everything to find.
Honored to share my story at the Eastside Republican Club.
Prosecutors should prosecute crime—with integrity, competence, and compassion. That’s what we need in every Bay Area county, including Alameda and Santa Clara ✊⚖️

An announcement ♥️ The TikTok Documentary is coming. What will YOU name it?
Description: When Congress passes a law to ban TikTok over national security concerns, three content creators join the platform in suing the U.S. government to defend their livelihoods and First Amendment rights. After a crushing Supreme Court defeat, their last hope lies ironically with Donald Trump – the very president who first attempted to ban the app in 2020.

Immigration policy often involves minutia. But even if these feel like tiny details, they have
enormous consequences when it comes to a person’s safety.
This session, I co-sponsored HB 1838, which standardizes the visa process for noncitizen victims of crime who assist in investigating or prosecuting crimes. Survivors of violent crime can apply for U visas, while human trafficking (sex or labor) survivors can apply for T visas. Without these visas, the survivors reporting a crime could be deported and those they reported could retaliate against them.
On the other side of the legislature, SB 2875 builds on the J-1 visa program that currently allows teachers from other countries to come to the US and teach, helping the US address chronic teacher shortages. Both bills have currently passed the House and Senate respectively and
crossed over to the other chamber.
If you are interested in providing testimony about either bill in an upcoming hearing, please feel

Investing in a highly skilled local workforce sets our communities up for growth and success. I’m proud that my bipartisan bill to connect small businesses with highly-skilled career and technical professionals passed the House unanimously. I’ll never stop fighting for the workers and small businesses that keep Southern California moving forward.
