MS fatigue is not tiredness
it has a name, a mechanism, and it is absolutely not in your head.
Sharing this one widely because the misunderstanding does real damage. #theMSguide

Living with MS already feels like carrying weights most people will never see.
But here’s the truth → some foods make it heavier.
I learned the hard way that:
❌ Sugary drinks fuel fatigue
❌ Processed meats trigger inflammation
❌ Fried foods drain energy
❌ Ready-made frozen meals strip nutrients
❌ Trans fats mess with my nervous system
✨ This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about making small swaps that give your body a fighting chance.
Double tap if you’re tired of doctors saying ‘just eat healthy’ without ever telling you how. Comment ‘LIST’ and I’ll DM you my MS-friendly swaps.

Early MS symptoms can be so subtle that we easily brush them off. For me, it was my balance. Here is what that actually felt like in the beginning:
📖 Feeling like the ground is moving or tilting.
📖 Constantly catching my foot on flat rugs or smooth floors.
📖 Needing to touch the wall or countertops when walking down a hallway.
If you are experiencing unexplained changes in your coordination, please don’t ignore it like I did. Save this as a reminder to advocate for your health

Have YOU felt any of these before? Leave a comment sharing your experience + let’s support one another 🫂
I’ve felt every single symptom mentioned 🥴 sometimes all at once! Currently I’m dealing with buzzing in my fingertips, but I believe that’s related to ✨pushing✨ myself to declutter so we can start renovating our condo! I’m learning to not over do it to the point of exasperation 🥲
A few MS symptoms include:
⚡️ Fatigue
⚡️ Constant buzzing in extremities
⚡️ Muscle pain + cramps
⚡️ Difficulty walking or balancing
⚡️ Blurred, doubled, or even loss of vision
And that’s just 5 from a very VERY long list of symptoms 😅🤌🏼
It’s important to note that MS is different for everyone so if you don’t have these symptoms that doesn’t mean you will get them 🫶🏼 in addition, many MS symptoms overlap with other autoimmune conditions so it’s also possible that you may experience these and not have MS! Wild isn’t it?!
March is MS Awareness month, so please share to spread awareness! Tag an MS bestie who may feel this way too 🧡

It’s MS Awareness Week, and the theme is #MSConversations 💬
This year marks 7 years since I was diagnosed with MS. It’s hard to put into words everything that’s happened since then - the challenges, the growth, the unexpected strength I’ve found along the way.
So to mark the year’s MS Awareness Week, I decided to write a letter to my newly diagnosed self ✉️
I remember how scared and lost I felt in that moment, not knowing what life with MS would look like. This video is what I wish I could have told myself back then.
So, if you’re newly diagnosed, or even years into your journey, I hope these words bring you some comfort ❤️
Let me know if there’s anything else you’d add to your letter in the comments below 👇
