All along the route, paradegoers waving rainbow flags said they attended the festival each year to support the LGBTQ+ community.
Behind the fleet of American-made motorcycles came Portland Fire players, drag queens, a samba band and floats decorated with rainbows in all shapes and sizes.

A street interviewer is speaking with two women at a Pride festival when they
are suddenly interrupted. An event organizer named Katya aggressively steps in
and attempts to shut down the conversation. She demands the interviewer stop
filming and accuses him of being a content farmer.
The interviewer defends himself by asking why Katya is trying to stop a woman
from speaking. Surprisingly, the two women being interviewed quickly come to his
defense against the event staff. They inform the organizer that they are fully
consenting adults and see no issue with the interview taking place.
The confrontation escalates when one of the women explicitly tells the organizer
to leave them alone because she is interfering with their right to speak. She
points out the hypocrisy of a Pride organizer trying to silence members of her
own community. Katya claims the interviewer is the one doing the silencing,
despite her active attempts to stop the women from answering his questions.
The clip concludes with the two women firmly rejecting the organizer's
interference. They praise the interviewer for being entirely respectful and not
engaging in rage baiting. Their ultimate takeaway is that there is absolutely
nothing wrong with asking controversial questions in a public forum.
