No detox teas. No diet hacks. Just simple, high-protein, balanced foods I kept on repeat that helped me stay full, fuel my workouts, and stay consistent. Here are 10 foods that made a big difference for me: 🥚 Eggs + Liquid Egg Whites – A breakfast staple for protein without tons of calories 🍗 Rotisserie Chicken – Quick, easy protein I could use in wraps, bowls, or salads 🥩 Lean Ground Beef – Satisfying, flavorful, and great in power bowls or skillet meals 🥣 Greek Yogurt – High in protein, low in sugar, perfect for snacks or dessert (I love Oikos Triple Zero) 🥔 Sweet Potatoes – A clean carb that kept me energized and paired well with any protein 🧀 Light String Cheese – Quick grab-and-go snack with protein + fat to keep cravings away 🍞 Protein Bread (I love Dave’s Killer Powerseed)) – A game changer for sandwiches and toast 🌾 Oatmeal – Great source of fiber and carbs, especially when paired with protein for a balanced breakfast 🍓 Berries – Lower sugar fruit to add fiber and volume to snacks and breakfast 🍫 Protein Desserts – Mug cakes, yogurt bowls, or energy bites kept me satisfied without feeling restricted None of this is fancy—but it’s consistent. And consistency is what actually changes your body. ❗️COMMENT “method” for my flexible eating plan to drop fat with a balanced approach 🫶🏼 LIKE | SHARE | FOLLOW @kassie_beth_ #fatlossformoms #fitover40 #fatlossfood #fitat40 #momfitness #highprotein

If fat loss is your goal, some foods look harmless but quietly mess up your progress. Let’s make this simple 👇 1. “Healthy” Protein Bars Yes, they have protein. But most are just chocolate bars in disguise—full of sugar and fats. 2. Flavoured Yogurt Feels light and clean. But it’s packed with sugar. Basically dessert pretending to be breakfast. 3. Packaged Fruit Juices “100% fruit” sounds nice. Reality? Liquid sugar with a vitamin label. Easy calories, zero fullness. 4. Bakery Items (Buns, Puffs, Cakes, Pastries) Made with refined flour, oil, and butter. High calories, no nutrition, no benefit. 5. “Baked” or “Air-Fried” Chips Still processed. Still addictive. Once you start, the whole packet disappears. 6. Cold Coffee, Frappes & Café Drinks One drink = a full meal’s calories. And you’re still hungry after. 7. Pizza, Pasta & Noodles Very high calories. Very low protein. They don’t satisfy you—they make you want more. 8. Too Much Peanut Butter Yes, it’s healthy. But it’s also very high in calories. A couple of big spoons can blow your calorie deficit. 9. Fried Snacks (Samosa, Chaat, Nimco, Pakora) Deep-fried calorie bombs. Small in size, huge in calories. 10. “Fit” Desserts (Sugar-Free or Protein Desserts) They keep your sweet cravings alive. You eat these… then overeat later. Fat loss isn’t about starving. It’s about eating smart and staying consistent. 📩 DM me for a simple fat-loss plan that actually fits your lifestyle and gets results 💪

EPISODE 1: Protein Desserts 🍫🔥 This is a 10/10. No debate. A chocolatey, soft, naturally sweet dessert made from BUTTERNUT 🤯 (yeah… I didn’t believe it either) INGREDIENTS: • ½ butternut squash • 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder (I used Primal Nutrition) • 1 egg • 1 tbsp honey • 1 tsp baking powder • Chocolate chips (optional but recommended) METHOD: • Preheat oven to 180°C • Roast or air fry butternut until soft (about 1 hour in oven) • Let it cool, then mash until smooth • Mix in all remaining ingredients • Add chocolate chips on top • Bake for 20–25 minutes High protein. Simple. Unreal. What veggie should I turn into a dessert next? 👇 #ProteinDessert #HealthyRecipes #FitnessFood #HighProtein #EasyRecipes
