Today, I will be attending my last game at the Oakland Coliseum. What once felt like a bad dream, now becomes reality. First our Raiders, now our A’s. Deeply saddened that neither was able to bring a championship to Oakland (in my lifetime) but I will forever cherish the memories I had attending both Raiders and A’s games in Oakland for the rest of my life. The sign is coming down ahead of what could be the last A’s opening day in Oakland as the plan is for the Athletics to move to Las Vegas. The A’s lease at the Coliseum expires at the end of the upcoming season. The team is in talks with the Coliseum Authority to extend the lease, but that may not happen. #rootedinoakland 💛💚💛💚💔😢😭
