Make running look cinematic ⬇️⬇️ Save this to try it on your next shoot 🫰🏻 here’s how: Shotlist: Warm-up: quick opener to show the athlete and set the scene Close-up: faces, laces, watch—details that show effort Low angle: adds power; great for pass-bys Tracking (hero): shows real speed and changing environment Motion-blur pan: adds a sense of pace—don‘t overuse Medium wide: location and subject Static: clean shot so the edit doesn’t feel chaotic Close-up in motion: shoes/stride for dynamic cutaways Ending: wide or silhouette for closure and title space Build your edit around the tracking shots—they’re the most important shot. Keep your pace matched and your distance steady so the movement feels smooth. Plan a route where the background changes to keep things fresh. Use the other shots as accents: a couple of low angles for power, one clean motion-blur pan for speed, a few close-ups for texture, one static for breathing room, and one medium wide for context.
