I finished off these flywheels for the 4-stroke engine build over the weekend. Had the old Syil X7 chomping away at some cast. Running @suttontools 10mm E4881000 harmony roughing endmill. Conservative 2000rpm on spindle and 500mm/min feedrate. It got the job done ✅

Using a 3/4” @icesussex high feed mill I got over a year ago on some 1018 CD in the @syilusa X7. Could probably push 2x as hard but don’t want to risk breaking stuff. Seems to cut as nice as the similar Dijet high feed but at a much more affordable price. #instamachinist #cnc #syil
