It’s been years since I’ve grown my hair this long. In my 40’s, I am so thankful and blessed to have hair, though lots of white hair appearing already, showing old age and wisdom 😂 Meanwhile, it’s been so messy and fluffy, so it was high time to visit @alphstudio again for some TLC. I’ve been their customer for at least 6 years now, ever since they moved into Nadi Bangsar, above La Juiceria Superfoods cafe. The team is always welcoming and friendly, they’ll ensure your satisfied and in case you’re not, they’ll find ways to fix it. Their new private room is my little 2-3 hours escape, SELF LOVE MOMENT. I do think of my kids while i’m in there, but sometimes mama’s gotta do what mama’s gotta do: FIX HER HAIR AND GET IT IN ORDER!!! Just sharing this in case other women want to have their hair done in the privacy of their own room. Love the service, the price is fair, EASY PARKING inside Nadi building. Sometimes ‘ME TIME’ comes with a +1 🫤… How old was your little one when you first left them with someone other than your partner? We’re not there yet and honestly, I’m not sure when we will be 🫣 Taking Xavier to the salon is my new reality as a Mumma with a 5-month-old, exclusively breastfeeding, and who only sleeps when I’m around. I’ve only left him with Matty (husband) a couple of times, never longer than an hour or two 🫣 Today, the logistics of life with a baby were on a whole other level! Matty had to be in one place while I was in another, so Xavi ended up joining me at the salon halfway through my appointment. I’m telling you, planning a baby’s schedule is like prepping for a top-secret mission 😂 But of course, he loved the attention and the vibes 💛… though he better not get too used to it.
