Go on a quick jog or turn up the tunes and dance for 10 minutes!!! This gets your body engaged. Listen to affirmations while you sleep (I listen to them for an hour each night and then wake up and turn them off). Spend 10 minutes VISUALIZING success - celebrate in the visualization! See yourself winning, getting that “yes!”, getting the client! Meditate in the mornings before you start you day to reprogram yourself into a space of positivity! Rewrite your story - should I do a live on this one? Let me know below if you want this exercise!!! Shut down negative thoughts - identify them. Replace them with spoken words of positivity.
